Multiple Categories Video Upload

The Multiple Categories Video Upload Mod allows the user to select multiple categories for the uploaded video. Ex: If you have a video that falls in 2 categories (let's say a video that talks about subject A and Subject B), You have categories for both Subject A and Subject B. You can now select both categories for this video to appear in. Check attached Screenshot. 3 categories can be selected at once.
