How many times have you had blank thumbnail images generated for your uploaded videos, or had thumbnails that you didn't like but never had the option to choose another thumb image to replace it. The Thumb generate mod allows both the user and admin to pick a video thumb image by generating a set of thumbnails to choose from.

What's better is that you can keep generating thumbs over and over until you find one that your like. The process is very simple. Make sure you see the video demo below.

So how does it work

• After a video is uploaded , the user is redirected to the thumb generate page to choose a thumb for that uploaded video. The user is given a choice from 4 thumbnail images to choose from. If not satisfied with any, the user can regenerate another set of thumbnails. This can be done over and over until a good thumbnail image is found. Simply check it and click apply. 
• Users can change and regenerate thumbnails at a later date or at any point in time by going to myvideos page and clicking on the change thumb image button.
• Admin can also change thumbnails for any video from the admin panel by going to video management and then clicking on the thumb link. See video demo and screenshots below. Click the fullscreen option in the player to see video in full size.
